Be prepared for them to be thorough and take their time. Note that there will be residual dust so be prepared to do some cleaning on shelves. Maybe DuctX should consider including a house cleaning service after the ducts are serviced? Also, be prepared to do most of the business with them via your phone app. This is OK for Millennials and younger but Baby Boomers like us had some difficulty working this way.
